Trained, Hardworking Professionals

Collectively we have four full time Staff members and four Casual Staff members that are on call, 24/7. All of our Staff over the years have developed a CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ATTITUDE to the application of Window Cleaning. Our staff are well aware of OH&S policies and have all been trained in First Aid Procedures.

Our four permanent staff fulfill the roles of Book Keeping, Maintaining a ongoing Business Plan, Maintaining ongoing work procedures and practices, researching the best environmentally friendly Window cleaning products to use when Cleaning a Clients Windows etc. Also when our Casual Staff are not available for any particular reason,our Full Time staff members are Cleaning Windows for our customers. And, some of the other tasks for our permanent staff include the scheduling of the day and time for our Window Cleaning Service to apply what were best at on our clients Homes or Retail Outlets.

All of our team are paid well and the staff member who has been with us the longest (4 years), loves his position and even fills in for Rik when he is ill.

​

As for the four Casual staff we have, they have hit the ground running when it comes to the trade of Window Cleaning.

We are all very surprised with how much pride they take in their work and every now and then Rik will reward them with a bonus when it is pay day and for the job they perform they deserve it.

 

Most of our Casual Staff duties include the Cleaning of Retail/Shop Windows and the sourcing of new Customers. Rik is currently training some of the staff with Sales Techniques. Introductions, Short Story, Presentations and Closing in the Sales process, all the while they are also being taught how to handle objections.
